This is what I bought:
And this is what I got:
As you can see, it looks like a cheap knock off of what I thought I bought. First of all, I was expecting the shoulder part to reach my elbow, but well, it's obviously too short to even reach half my arm. Second of all, why is the second hem diagonal?! In the picture, it's straight and it covers that waistband. I don't even understand this. And lastly, WTF is this big ribbon doing on the waist. Is it just me or is there really no ribbon on the picture on ASOS's website? I mean, I could just be imagining it, right? No, I'm pretty sure there is no ribbon on the waistband on the original picture.
Most of the time, if I get items like this, I would just toss it aside, but this one costs £75.00! SEVENTY FIVE POUNDS! You'd expect it to be perfect right?
Now, I could just return it right? Here's the problem. I already removed the tag because I was so damn excited to put it on, only to notice all the differences from the original. I am now e-mailing ASOS to see what they can do about this. But right now, I am just disappointed as hell.
AND IT DOESN'T STOP THERE!!
Offense #2:
They e-mailed me asking me to scan my credit card, driver's license, and credit card statement. I told them that I am studying abroad so I cannot scan my credit card statement, but I sent them a screen capture of the bank's online account summary of my credit card.
Somehow they do not seem to get how I cannot scan my credit card statement. DUH. I am studying abroad. I can't exactly leave school to go home to scan my credit card statements, can I?
Offense #3:
So fine, I scan stuff and attach them to the reply. What happens? They reply saying that I did not attach anything to the e-mails I sent them. So I e-mailed them again with the same attachments. They replied saying that there are no attachments on that e-mail either. Hmmm, let me see.
I see attachments on the sent e-mail. Do you see it too?
Should it be my problem that their system somehow cannot see the attachments?
I don't know what to do with ASOS anymore. Has anyone else been disappointed by them?
