Here's a nice and cheap alternative to Katy Perry's Black Shatter - Yashali Nail Polish. It does the cracked pattern by just applying it as a top coat, and it comes it different colors.
Here's me using China Glaze's Classic Camel and 17's Exquisite for the bottom layer, and Yashali Nail Polish in White for the top layer.
How did you get this effect? I have the same polish in black but I can't get it to crackle. Should I apply a thick coat?
